LR-FHSS: Overview and Performance Analysis

چکیده
Long-range frequency hopping spread spectrum (LR-FHSS) is the new physical layer designed to address extremely long-range and large-scale communication scenarios, such as satellite IoT. At its core a fast technique offer higher network capacity while offering same radio link budget LoRa. Additionally, LR-FHSS finely manages packet transmission thanks design principles, enabling QoS policies on per-packet basis. Given notorious adoption of LoRaWAN in IoT application landscape, this article reference for understanding how exactly works, performance it can offer, limitations research opportunities.
